Anarchist Parenting
What
methods of child rearing do anarchists advocate?
Anarchist
Parenting (mailing-list) "Anarchist Parenting"
is a libertarian socialist forum dedicated to the sharing of
practices and experiences which relate towards non-coercive parenting
and child care in a society in which strong emphasis is placed
on hierarchy and domination.
Taking
Children Seriously (TCS) and Anarchy TCS takes parenting,
a subject which is hardly ever discussed or thought about in
anarchist circles, and provides an approach to it which is consistent
with anarchist principles that oppose hierarchy and domination.
TCS also lends a sharply critical eye towards contemporary authoritarian
parenting philosophies and practices.
